Interim grades, band/chorus/orchestra concert, and upcoming events!
Interim Grades
This week interim grades were posted. We do not send report cards for interim grades, so please check Focus for grade information. Check Week 7’s post for helpful links to navigate Focus. If a student is struggling in a class, the first contact should be the teacher. Teachers are able to share exactly what the student needs to do to be successful. Most teachers are available either before or after school for students to come in if they need additional support. Tutoring may also be needed. Ask your School Counselor for a list of math tutors.
Concert
Our fantastic music department put on an amazing performance on Wednesday for our local elementary school students. The elementary students were able to see many different types of music, from marching band to guitar solos. There is so much talent in the music department! There are so many benefits to participating in Band, Orchestra, and Chorus. Let your School Counselor know if you are interested.
